We Are Hiring: Project Manager
We are seeking a Project Manager to assist in the delivery of construction and refurbishment projects in London and the South of England. Working predominantly in the healthcare and education sectors, with projects in both new build and live, operational facilities. Site based dependant on project timeframe and location, with key roles including:
- Supervision of site works ensuring safe delivery, helping develop CPH&S plan and ensuring RAMS are checked, approved and adhered to
- Overseeing works delivery according to programme and quality requirements
- Project reporting to senior management on progess and other matters
- Co-ordination of on site works with multiple trades
- Stakeholder engagement at a local level to ensure consideration of others during the works
- Material take-offs and calling off to site as required through procurement department
- Assistance in design / value engineering workshops with the design team and senior staff
- Working with the client to scope additional works as projects develop
The ideal candidate would have the following:
- Level 6 or Degree qualified in a relevant construction discipline
- SMSTS (Training can be provided)
- 1st aid at work (Training can be provided)
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of documents including MS Project essential.
- 3-4 years post-graduate or qualification experience in the construction sector, ideally in healthcare or education environments
- Experience of refurbishment works including MEP installations and building fabric

HANEVO well underway on Therapy Gardens for Epsom Hospital Patients
HANEVO have been awarded the fit out, from shell and core, of a new privately run Eye Clinic in London. Commenced on site in June 2024, and being completed by November, the new facility will provide high quality ophthalmic clinic for use by the local community, giving greater choice to patients and complement the existing healthcare provision in the local area.
Works are progressing on programme at Hanevo’s ‘Vale Road’ project - ‘Sludge Screening M&E Works’.
Hanevo has completed all civils and mechanical works at North Nibley – which is the first of two awarded EDM Advanced Contracts – the other being Wootton Bassett STW which commences Monday 12th August.
Works are nearing completion on site at our ‘Shepton Mallett Blowers’ project. The project comprises Mechanical, Electrical and Commissioning works, to install 5 new blowers and associated stainlesss steel pipework, valves and fittings.

HANEVO have been awarded the full internal and external refurbishment of the Grade II Listed Heywood House Building for ACS International School in Cobham, Surrey.
