HANEVO have been awarded the full design and build of the Sandford Dental Clinic in Bexleyheath. The project involves the remodelling of the existing facility across four floors, with a large element of the adjacent clinic remaining operational throughout. Our scope of works includes the design of all building fabric and M&E services, and the installation of the same, with commencement on site in June 2023.

Works include the remodelling of the Ground Floor, with a new feature glazed & bronze extension as a focal point for the entrance, with external landscaping also upgraded. Internally we will create a new, welcoming reception space for patients, with feature lighting and high-quality bespoke furniture. To facilitate this, significant structural work is required, as well as extensive MEP service alterations. Competing the ground floor will be a new dental surgery and facial aesthetic room, with feature glazed walls. On the upper floors we undertake a full refurbishment, resulting in six remodelled surgeries and numerous ancillary facilities for both staff and patients. Significant works are required in the basement are to facilitate service requirements, with the design optimising all available space.
