HANEVO have been awarded the full design and build of a new Dental Clinic for a private client in London. The works involve the fit-out of a shell and core facility at the heart of a prestigious new residential development, providing private dental treatment of the highest quality. Works are being undertaken in a constrained site with close control and co-ordination required with the estates team, surrounding businesses and residents alike for all logistics and delivery methods.

The works involve the design and build installation of all building fabric and MEP services with commencement on site in late March 2023. The facility will house 5 treatment surgeries and ancillary space, with significant features including high-quality building finishes and an array of specialist bespoke furniture to compliment the client’s dental offering. The building will include feature architectural detailing including polished plaster feature walls, recessed feature lighting throughout, specialist surface works, pocket sliding doors, bespoke timber panelling and porcelain-tiled circulation space. Additional activities include radiation protection from X-ray equipment and installation of specialist dental equipment in the surgery spaces.
