Wessex Water have confirmed the award to Hanevo, of two sites under the new EDM Advanced Contracts programme.

North Nibley STW and Wootton Bassett STW projects comprises up-front design involvement, including attendance at Hazop and Design Review meetings, to assess buildability. Following this early engagement, Hanevo will act as Principal Contractor to manage the Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Commissioning works on both sites.

Each site comprises the installation of Pumping Stations to divert the incoming flows to avoid double counting flows at the inlet prior to MCerts flow meter.  Combining the EDMs on Spill to Storm being installed in AMP7, will enable Wessex Water to confirm that the permitted FFT for each WRC is being complied with. Following design selection, the works will be programmed and resourced to commence on site in Summer 2024. HANEVO has previously successfully delivered EDM Monitoring installation works to over 350 sites since 2018, which has led to a trusting and proven working relationship with the client team.
