HANLEY GROUP acquires UKSE Contract Division

HANLEY GROUP has announced the acquisition of the projects division of UKSE through its investment arm Carlton Initiatives Ltd.
UKSE Group owner Martin Wood remains owner of the UKSE Labour Supply Company while the projects arm acquired by HANLEY GROUP has been rebranded as HANEVO LTD.
Mr. Wood remains a shareholder and Director of HANEVO and noted that the move will allow him to focus on his Labour Supply Company while availing of the support and network of the HANLEY GROUP. “Hanley Group have worked on this acquisition for six months and watching how they dealt with our staff and their sincerity in making this move a win for all of us only reinforced my belief that the time was right to sell our projects arm and that HANLEY GROUP were the perfect partner. I look forward to helping the business in any way I can moving forward and know our clients will benefit from this move”.
Sorcha Hanley, Operations Manager at HANLEY GROUP noted that the acquisition makes sense for the group as their origins are in the Water, Critical Environment and M&E sectors. “Working with Martin has been a breath of fresh air as his client focussed vision sits easily with ours which has allowed us to flourish. We have already added to HANEVO’s management and we will be adding to the workforce at all levels in the coming months”.

HANEVO have been awarded the fit out, from shell and core, of a new privately run Eye Clinic in London. Commenced on site in June 2024, and being completed by November, the new facility will provide high quality ophthalmic clinic for use by the local community, giving greater choice to patients and complement the existing healthcare provision in the local area.
