Hanevo have completed their pre-construction design and planning for the Frome WPS contract for Wessex Water and are due to commence on site at the end of March 2022. This CDM project involves all civil, mechanical, electrical and ICA works and includes the removal of old pumps, pipework, control panel and installation of new whilst keeping the site running. The system control philosophy was developed in consultation with the control panel supplier and the client.

Part of the original client scope was to provide a generator to facilitate changeover from the old to the new control panel. Hanevo were able to design an alternative solution which negated the need for the generator, thus benefiting the project’s environmental footprint. As this Contract falls under CDM requirements, Hanevo used it’s internal ISO systems to provide the required documentation on which the client commented; “it is nice to see Hanevo have a good system”.
