HANEVO have been awarded a full refurbishment, remodel & extension to the West Lodge building on the ACS International School site in Cobham, Surrey. With works commenced in July 2023 under a traditional form of contract, we have completed strip-out works & are well progressed with the extension construction & 1^st fix elements in the main building.

Across two floors of the building, works comprise the full strip-out & repurposing of the building to provide ancillary meeting & administrative space for the school, one of the most sought after educational establishments in the area. The new space will house several glazed meeting rooms, open plan office space & ancillary facilities to ensure staff comfort & convenience. The new single storey extension is built to blend in with the retained building, with significant alterations to the roof to facilitate. Thermal & Acoustic performance are being significantly enhanced in the building to ensure that it not only offers a comfortable & user-friendly space, but also that efficiency is optimised for the future use. Externally, works include new landscaping and the creation of additional parking space for staff using the building.
