Simmons House is a standalone community facility in Archway, North London. The facility provides adolescent mental health care services.

 

The works are required to improve the security of external areas and the contract includes Installation of replacement fencing to the perimeter of the courtyard area as well as inclusion of covers to RWPs. Working in such a sensitive environment requires significant collaboration and planning with key stakeholders. Work techniques must put patient wellbeing and ongoing care provision to the forefront. This opportunity is a further demonstration of the clients continued trust in HANEVO to deliver in occupied and critical environments. The works will take 3 weeks to complete.
