HANEVO have been awarded a critical project to replace the roof coverings to the D Block at St Helier Hospital. Works are due to commence within the next 2 weeks, with existing roof finishes removed and a new specialist membrane applied. Repairs are also required to leadwork, parapets and copings, ensuring a water-tight structure for the patients and staff using the many clinical spaces within the building.

Works are planned to be completed over a 2-month period, with minimal temporary works through use of proprietary working at height plant and equipment to ensure full operative safety.

Commenting on the award, Project Manager Mick O'Dea stated "We are delighted to have secured another project for our long-term clients at this NHS Trust. It builds upon an excellent track record of refurbishment delivery and direct experience of the roofing products being used, having undertaken the same scope of works on other buildings across the estate".
