HANEVO Advance Woodlands Edge Pump Station
HANEVO has advanced the installation of a new pump station at Woodland Edge on behalf of Wessex Water. The project includes all Civil, M&E and Controls required under the contract.
The project is interesting due to the tight space, live utilities, and the fact the location has a TPO (Tree preservation Order) due to a tight knit arrangement of trees within the compound.
HANEVO has worked closely with the local council on the relocation of one tree.
Health and Safety considerations in such a confined location were paramount in project planning. When complete the station will include new civils, chambers, pumps, panel, and associated controls.
Elizabeth Yates and Richard Gray, Project Managers for HANEVO in the Wessex region, noted it was one on many interesting projects being successfully delivered for Wessex over the past 12 months.
