On each of these schemes, completed between 2015 & 2017, we were full Principal Contractor responsible for ensuring that all aspects of these projects met exacting standards of all designs & specifications.

Works on all schemes were in busy, live environments, with ongoing healthcare services being provided. To ensure minimal disruption we undertook full project installation during both normal & ‘out-of-hours’, resulting in extremely satisfied service providers & users.

Along with Principal Contractor duties, Hanevo delivered the following services: Full soft-strip of furnishings & equipment; Builders work & remodelling with some major structural alterations; Full M&E install & integration into existing systems; Fire protection works; Toilet core fit-outs; Ceilings, partitions & floor finishes; Carpentry, decoration and FFE.
