About the Job
We are on the hunt for an ambitious Office Administrator to take the next step in their career with our fast-growing client in the Civil Engineering sector. Specialising within Infrastructure, Waster & Wastewater and Critical Environments they have growth plans valued at £50 million over the next five years with bases in Ireland and the United Kingdom.
As Office Administrator, you will have the opportunity to develop a career in construction and potentially growing into a combination of Health & Safety and Compliance for the right candidate. As a newly qualified graduate you will receive full training and mentoring in a company with a clear vision and strong set of values.
Key Responsibilities
Visit sites to ensure compliance with the management system
Document control which includes ensuring forms are placed on the management system
Training coordination - ensuring training is sourced and booked with upkeep of training matrix
Ensuring KPI’s and Cost Control Sheets are submitted on a monthly basis
Work with site management to communicate method statements and risk assessments
Attend company work sites to monitor and advise employees on safe working practices
About the Employer
Our client offers a range of Engineering Solutions across Infrastructure Civils, Waste/Wastewater, M&E and Critical Environments. With a combined experience of over 50 years’ in civil engineering and critical environments including utilities diversion and MEICA, they have plans to substantially grow the business over the next five years. Our client appreciates the value in remote working, and whilst they would expect some visibility at their offices in the South of England, they are open to more flexible arrangements from suitable candidates who may live further afield. If you preferred to be office based, the office would be in Ringwood, Hampshire.
About the Person
As the ideal candidate for the Office Administrator position, you will have strong administrative skills and an ambition to develop your career within the business by demonstrating your excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Collaboration will be critical for you in this role as will be your ability to gain credibility in the business with your capability and enthusiasm.
Salary Package
The salary for the Office Administrator position is £24k + benefits and substantial opportunities to learn and develop your career in construction.

Salary c 55k FTE plus benefits
At Hanevo we are looking for a part time Estimator to join our team. You will be joining a dynamic business that are looking at rapidly growing, with growth plans expected around £50 million in the next five years with bases in ROI and UK.
In your role, you will ensure we have cost information available to inform option assessments, project budgets and key deliverables
Establishing yourself as a proactive and solutions-orientated Estimator professional across our business you’ll be a team player who can meet the challenges of time cost and quality.
Key Responsibilities :
• Prepare estimating "handover packs"
• Provide ongoing support to site teams relating to estimate and key assumptions
• Close out actions and monitor customer negotiations, seeking amended authority as required
• Analysing implications, business risk, judgement, decision making and problem solving
The Person :
You’ll be an established professional Estimator with experience within the water industry, ideally with a mechanical and electrical bias. An ability to also put together civil estimates would helpful. You must be able to work as part of a team as collaboration with our team and clients is essential. You will be able to deliver on challenges to add value.
We accept that remote working can add value to our operations. Whilst we would expect some visibility and presence in our site offices within the South of England. We also accept we can be more flexible in how we work so would welcome applications from individuals who may want to work remotely. If the candidate wished to be office based it would likely be at our Ringwood site within Wessex Water
