Hanevo has worked successfully with specialist healthcare equipment providers Cantel to enhance their offering to turnkey installation solutions for various NHS Trusts, including:

Completed in July 2019, Hanevo undertook turnkey delivery of a remodel of the endoscopy wash-room at the hospital in Harlow, to enable installation of 4 new Cantel washers. All works were undertaken in the live department through extensive flexible working. 

Works included survey and design alongside the users, with strip-out and minor demolitions enabling works. 

We installed new hygenic clad walls, flooring, redecoration, carpentry works & ceiling tie-ins. New drainage was installed below the ground slab with HTM compliant sinks provided in IPS units. 

M&E work included a full electrical install, including power to the new washers and specialist RO plant externally. New compressors were installed, with compressed air and data install part of the works.

Completed in December 2019, Hanevo delivered an enabling contract to facilitate replacement of 4 aging endoscopy washers with 3 new, more efficient products, with future proofing for later capacity increase. 

Working flexibly in the live department, Hanevo scoped and designed electrical supplies and alterations and adaptions to water and drainage. New RO water was run to the equipment, with all services navigating an extremely condensed ceiling, requiring precision in route planning and installation.

A phased switchover to new machines over enabled Cantel to install new equipment whilst maintaining productivity within the department, a critical consideration in our developed solutions. 

With new machines operational, we enclosed all services and controls in a new hygienically clad bulkhead, with a variety of access points integrated.
