Completed in August 2023, Hanevo delivered the £1.1m full design and build fit-out, from shell and core, of a new private dental clinic within a major Battersea development.

The completed facility incorporated reception and waiting areas, consulting rooms, X-ray facilities, decontamination rooms, welfare areas and five surgery rooms. The project was delivered to a challenging programme and later received the “Best Private Healthcare Facility 2023” award at the Building Better Healthcare Awards.



Throughout the works, the nursery and gymnasium adjacent to the property remained operational, whilst seven floors of occupied apartments directly above the clinic remained fully occupied.

Works included:

• Raised flooring and insulation works to improve performance and meet Building Regulations
• MVHR systems to surgeries and circulation spaces with VRF units to office areas
• Full electrical works including feature architectural lighting and electrical outlets
• Partition walls and doors incorporating X-ray protection to RPA requirements
• Solid MF ceilings with recessed TVs, feature shadow gaps and architectural trough lighting
• Bespoke joinery to reception areas and surgeries to meet CQC requirements
• Feature polished plaster walls, specialist vinyl flooring and high-quality tiling finishes
• Installation of bespoke glazed doors, timber swing doors and pocket door sets
• Installation of specialist dental equipment infrastructure including compressed air and drainage systems
• Specialist AV and IT installations alongside client strategic suppliers
