Completed in April 2017, Hanevo undertook turnkey delivery of a significant refurbishment at the Coventry Health Centre. This involved development of an 8500 sq. ft. space on the 1st floor of a live Health Centre, converting a GP and Dental Practice into a new Satellite Renal Dialysis Treatment Centre.

Completed in Summer 2020, we undertook a variety of works to the accommodation block, whichprovides living space for over 100 nurses and on- call staff and 2 floors of offices. Works were planned around the daily lives of residents and users, with activities timed to accord to varied shift patterns.
Wessex Water were required to adopt all private pumping stations under Section 105a of the private sewer of the Private Sewer Transfer Regulations, across their operating region, which required survey and then upgrades to an adoptable standard.
Following a process risk review carried out by Thames Water, it was highlighted that there was insufficient process resilience on site in the event of any type of failure of to one of the existing belt presses.
Wessex Water identified 214 assets across their operating region, which required upgrades to their spill monitoring equipment to measure performance enabling them to maintain compliance with environmental consents across a variety of assets included Combined Sewer Overflows, Sewerage Pumping Stations & Sewage Treatment Works.

As part of Southern Water’s ongoing
environmental legislation obligations, main contractor Galliford Try were contracted to undertake asset upgrades to 22 sites across the South East operating region.
Works included all temporary works to form wall, including falsework & the formwork, angled propping & proprietary access platforms for pouring.
